    摘要:探究貴州省不同海拔條件下五倍子蜂蜜中的礦物質(zhì)含量。本研究收集了貴州省10個(gè)不同海拔蜂場(chǎng)的五倍子蜂蜜,測(cè)定了其中的鎂、錳、鐵、銅、鋅、鈉、鉀、鈣、磷和硒含量。結(jié)果表明礦物質(zhì)總含量介于381.93到882.81mg/kg;鈉含量分布在12.43 mg/kg到20.98 mg/kg之間;鉀含量介于141.17 mg/kg到540.33mg/kg;鉀鈉比最低7.94,最高38.05;硒在10個(gè)五倍子蜂蜜樣本中均未檢出。建立本數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)有利于地方蜂蜜的品質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)與特色蜂蜜的開發(fā)提供相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。

    Abstract:?The unique geographical environment and high altitude span of Guizhou Province provide abundant honey source plant resources for the production of Rhus chinensis Mill. honey. The mineral content in honey varies with altitude and other factors. This study collected gallnut honey from 10 different altitude farms in Guizhou Province, and determined the content of magnesium, manganese, iron, copper, zinc, sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, and selenium in it. The results indicate that the total mineral content ranges from 381.93 to 882.81 mg/kg. The sodium content ranges from 12.43 to 20.98 mg/kg. Potassium content range 141.17 to 540.33mg/kg. Potassium sodium ratio is 7.94 to 38.05. Selenium was not detected in any of the 10 samples of gallnut honey. Establishing this database is beneficial for the quality evaluation of local honey and providing relevant data for the development of characteristic honey.
